#BILLETBYPAC STREET CARS PB AT SYDNEY JAMBOREE

After years of testing & development on our Billet by PAC, Alloy Rotary Engines for race use we decided to start testing their capabilities for street use with George's 'TO900D' RX3 sedan the first to receive a street spec full Billet by Pac 13B engine. With George & Rocky happy with how it performed in the stresses of stop start driving through traffic the decision was made to see how the car performed down the quarter mile. During last years Sydney Jamboree George drove his RX3 sedan to a new pb of 8.94 @151 claiming the title of quickest 13b on our #PACSTREETKINGS Leader Board.

One year on and we now have 2 more cars running full Billet by Pac plated engines,

Rami in the 13B powered 'CALHLP' RX3

and Eric Wolf in his 20B powered 'TRIPLE' RX3.

In the weeks leading up to the Sydney Jamboree, Eric ran a 8.58 @160 on his first full pass in the car then backing it up with an even better 8.51 @162.
During the Jamboree, Eric ran well in qualifying with a best of 8.65 @158 and was keen to step it up in the heats. First round Eric ran a new pb of 8.417 @164 to his competitors 8.443 @166 but a slower reaction time would see him lose the race.

Debuting his car for the first time since being built, Rami went out strong in his first ever pass, recording an insane 8.98 @146. During his second qualifier Rami went even quicker again running 8.87 @143. With the car going strong, Rami set his dial in to 8.70 for his first eliminator running an impressive 8.800 @151, but a mistake with his dial in at 9.30 saw Rami lose, due to a break out.

It's only early days for both of these cars and no doubt as the boys get more seat time the times will drop even deeper into the 8's. Stay Tuned!
