The PAC Performance Racing Team is proud to announce their official tour in New Zealand in early 2009. It has been 10 years since they have been to NZ and the first time the MX6 will be racing on foreign soil. The team will be accompanied by Mckern Racing in their green RX2, GRUMP2, and they are sure to put on a show. There will be heaps of giveaways from the team as well as plenty of PAC merchandise on sale. Make sure you come and show your support to the boys. They will be attending the ‘V’ Energy Drink 4 & Rotary Nationals in Auckland on 24/25 January 2009 and will then attend one month later at the 2009 4 & Rotary South Island Champs in Christchurch on February 21/22. The team would like to thank Azhar and Four & Rotary Promotions for the invitation and for working so hard to make this possible. ‘RECORD BREAKING NEWS’
One the world’s fastest, loudest and best-looking rotary-powered drag machines is coming to town for the annual ‘V’ Energy Drink 4&Rotary Nationals in Auckland on the weekend of January 24/25, 2009.
Turbosmart in association with Jenner’s Cargo proudly brings Australian sport compact drag racing legends Pac Performance. Last competed at the ‘Nats’ 10 years ago and this time around things are getting serious. “The guys are looking forward to making NZ import drag racing history as the first rotary-powered car to break the 6-second barrier on Kiwi soil”. The Pac Performance team are scheduled to bring over their record-setting 20B turbo Mazda MX6 along with Damien McKern’s crazy Pac-engineered GRUMP2 Mazda RX-2. Both cars will remain in New Zealand after the 4&Rotary Nationals to compete in Christchurch a month later at the 2009 4&Rotary South Island Champs on February 21/22.
Turbosmart from Australia will also be launching their new line of products at the show and shine on 24th January 2009 at Asb showgrounds. Punters will have the chance to drool over the custom made proto type parts and also get some mean show specials.
This and so much more only at New Zealand’s premier automotive and lifestyle event, The V 4 and Rotary Nationals.
