REWARD POINT ALLOCATIONS

We have identified an issue affecting the allocation of Reward Points on online orders dating back to January 2026.

In some cases, points may not have been correctly applied to customer accounts at checkout. This issue has now been resolved, and all online purchases from today onward will receive Reward Points as expected.

Our team is currently reviewing affected transactions and manually allocating any outstanding points. All impacted customer accounts will be updated within the next seven (7) days.
