'THE DENTIST' NOW AUSTRALIA'S QUICKEST 13B

After a few up and down meetings in the past few months, Andrew Maratos headed to Sydney Dragway on 29/08/13 for a private test day with Rock and George in tow, looking to get a few laps in without the pressure of competition.

After a string of easy seven-second passes early on in the day including a 7.59@186, 7.46@189 and a 7.38@187 with the car bogging hard off the line, the guys sorted the cars 60-foot and Andrew flew through the traps in the 13B-powered RX3 Coupe for a PB 7.104@175 getting off the gas early due to the car drifting towards the centre line.

This time slots the car firmly in the number one spot for the quickest 13B-powered car in the country.

Ending the day on a high the team is now working on getting the car to the Queensland Jamboree next month where we're hoping the good luck will continue.
