WE'VE GONE LIVE WITH TEXT MESSAGE-BASED 'LIVE CHAT'

Wanting to enhance our customer service and provide an easier way for our customers to contact and stay in touch with our team, we have recently integrated a new text message-based ‘Live Chat’ onto out website. This allows customers to reach out to our sales and technical team for things like product and service enquiries, or to follow up or make changes to their order, all via the convenience of their mobile phone - no need to stay on a webpage, simply chat to us and log our conversation via text, the same as you do your mates, it's that simple!

In order to take advantage of this new system, new customers will need to register your details with us when entering the chat - simply provide your name & mobile phone number.

In addition to the 'Live Chat' function, we will also be utilising the text feature to alert customers of exclusive promotions in the near future, but don't stress, we won't be spamming you! So to make sure you stay up to date with all the latest news & promotions, ensure your contact information is up to date and accurate.
