On Wednesday night Sydney Dragway held round 4 of Workshop Wars which was the last round before the top 4 teams move on to the finals.
CV Performance, Gas Racing, and our team were the only workshops in attendance for last nights racing with the other 3 shops unable to make it.
Wade Wagstaff stepped up to the plate in his 'GOWILD' RX3 filling in for Rami. Although he didn't win any heats he came away with a new pb of 9.39 @142, not a bad result for his first outing in the car.
Eric Wolf was back in his #BilletbyPac 20B powered RX3 'TRIPLE' looking for another good showing.
After a disappointing loss in his first heat, Eric went on to win his next 2 races running a new pb of 8.08 @172 in the first and then broke into the 7's on his final heat with a blistering 7.92 @173.
With only 2 wins for the night and the Gas Racing team hot on our heals it will be interesting to see where we ended up on the leader board before the points are wiped clean to start the finals. Above is the points standings after round 3.
The first round of semi finals is scheduled for the 18th of July so make sure you mark it in your diary and we hope to see you there!
