With the ever-changing technology within the high-performance automotive industry, Pac Performance may make changes in the products described, and to other contents of the Website, at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our online shop are accurate at the time of publication.

Certain products can vary depending on the application of the purchaser. A salesperson will be in contact should the need arise to confirm this. 

All depictions contained on the Website are for illustration purposes only.

PRICING

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD)

All (AUD) prices are including GST (goods and services tax)

Prices are subject to change without notice 

Prices advertised do not include postage/delivery charges, which will depend on the destination

Foreign currency prices shown are indicative prices only and are subject to change without notice dependant on exchange rate trends

AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order with us. We do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 18.

By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years of age.

Should we suffer any loss or damage as a result of a transaction entered into by a person under the age of 18, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such loss or damage from the parents or guardians of the person who placed the order(s) with us.

WHEN ORDERING A PRODUCT

When you place an order with us you have made an offer to purchase the product that you have chosen.

After you register to our website you can place an order, online, by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This item will remain in your cart until you decide to complete your transaction. 

You can alternatively make an enquiry by clicking the “Contact Us” text below the item. A member of our sales team will be in contact to seek further information from you and to confirm what you need.

We retain discretion to cancel orders if our processes identify any attempt at fraud or for any other legitimate reason.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

For all Australian & International orders, we offer several convenient methods of payment, including PayPal, AfterPay (Australian residents only), Credit Card via Stripe & Direct Deposit payments via the secure internet banking gateway POLi. For international customers, we also accept either AUD wire transfers or USD wire transfers.  Please be aware that some payment methods will incur fees/surcharges as listed below:

Afterpay - No Surcharge 
Stripe (Credit Card) - 2.5% Surcharge 
PayPal - 4% Surcharge 
POLi (Direct Deposit) - No Surcharge

AUD wire transfers (international transfers only) will incur a $40 AUD flat fee and USD wire transfers will incur a $50 USD flat fee for each transaction.

If a direct deposit method is chosen, our banking details will be issued on our tax invoice as well as at the end of the online checkout process.

We will not be responsible for any damages, or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please note we are happy to exchange goods but we must be notified within seven (7) days from when you receive the goods.  You must contact one of our team members and receive an authorization to return the goods, and postage/delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. (A restocking fee may be applied)

Shipping costs and PayPal fees will not be refunded for change of mind or wrongly chosen product, in the instance the goods are faulty an authorization must be obtained first before goods are returned or this may result in no refund.

GIFT CARDS

Pac Performance Virtual Gift Cards provide store credit on a registered account and can be used towards purchases from our online store www.pacperformance.com.au. Virtual Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used for over the counter purchases or services & have a 36 month expiry period from the date of activation.

Upon purchase & activation of the Virtual Gift Card a unique code will be provided that can be used during the purchase process. Purchase amounts will be deducted from the account and if the complete amount is not used in the transaction, the remaining credit will remain on the account for future use.
