Anthony Daquino and the Daquino Racing team have broken into the 6 second bracket after a running a 6.97 @193 in his Billet by PAC powered 13b RX3 Sedan during last Friday nights Full Throttle Friday event @ Sydney Dragway.
Anthony is now the second drag racer in Australia to run a 6 second pass with a 13b after fellow Pac stablemate, Steven Barnett made history at the Queensland Jamboree with back to back 6 second passes.
After a successful night of racing at the Full Throttle Friday meet, Anthony returned to the track the following day to compete in the APSA Pro Street Shootout Grand Final looking to improve on his new pb. Anthony ran a number of low 7 second passes throughout the event but couldn't quite run into the 6's, however his consistency on the day earnt him the win in the Outlaw Extreme class.
No doubt this is just the tip of the iceburg for Anthony and his team as they look towards moving deeper into the 6's in their upcoming race meetings.
