Due to unfavourable weather forecasts leading into October, Jamboree promotors have made the tough decision to cancel the upcoming Melbourne jamboree even that was set to be held at Heathcote Raceway which is still undergoing renovation work. This has not been an easy decision to make but the right one given the unstable weather patterns we have been seeing.

MELBOURNE JAMBOREE – CANCELLED
Jamboree Management has made the unfortunate decision to cancel the 2022 Melbourne Jamboree event scheduled for Saturday October 15 2022.
The current weather patterns are putting a huge amount of pressure on the HPR team to have the required facility upgrades completed prior to the Jamboree show coming to town in 4 weeks time.
The Heathcote Park Raceway team are doing a fantastic job with the venue, and we know the future is bright for the track! We truly do look forward to seeing the changes and advancements which are already in planning at the facility.
The Melbourne Jamboree is an important event for us, we really want to see it happen, and we will continue to work towards holding the event in the coming years.
We want to Thank Lance and the HPR team for inviting us to hold an event this year, and we are looking forward to working with them again sometime in the near future.
All competitors will receive a full refund on their entries or options to roll over to the next event.
We now focus our attention on the Garrett Sydney Jamboree – Saturday, March 18 2023 at Sydney Dragway!
