NEW PB'S RUN DURING THE WEEKENDS RACING

After letting his brother, Rodney drive the 'TO900D' RX3 sedan the last 2 times it went to the track, George decided it was his turn to have a go so he drove out to Sydney Dragways for their Sunday Street Meet.
Looking to run an 8 second ET, George lined up for his first pass since installing the new 13B Bridgeport combo.
Off the line the car looked good with a small wheelie before racing down the drag strip to a new pb of 9.02 @150.51, moving him into 5th place on our #PACSTREETKINGS Leader Board.

Next pass George launched just as hard passing the traps with a 9.04 @149.98. On his last pass of the day it was clear George was keen to run an 8 as he took off hard with a massive wheelstand reaching for the sky, as the car came down George hit it again lifting just as high and the run was aborted.
There's no doubt this street has has the fruit to run into the 8's and with more track time George will get there.

Also running a new pb last weekend was Kevin Awad, who was out at Sydney Dragway on Saturday for the Atura Track Championship event in his 20B powered RX8.
Since debuting the car last year with his previous pb of 7.85 @177, Kevin had been struggling to get the car down the track for a full pass on the small 28x9 tyres.
After having a few adjustments made to the chassis & suspension, Kevin was keen to get back to the race track to test the car.
On his first pass off the trailer the car launched well from the line, holding the power to the end of the track and passing the finish line with a new pb of 7.808 @181.37.

Congratulations to George & Kevin on their new pb's, the boys will be racing at our next event which is the Sydney Jamboree, held on the 7th & 8th of April, We hope to see you there.
