NEW RELEASE - H/DUTY MODULAR 9 INCH DIFF HOUSINGS

Having the ability to offer your customers options when it comes to making upgrades to their car ensures a greater chance of being able to supply the right product that suits their needs rather than a one-size fits all approach. 

Our standard-offering 9 inch diff packages have long been a popular kit for those looking to beef up the rear end in their cars and while this package is a solid investment in reliability and strength we felt it would be beneficial to be able to offer our customers added options when it comes to piecing together a kit for their car. This is where we introduce our new H/Duty Modular 9 inch Diff Housings




Comprising of three separate sections, the new Pac Performance H/Duty Modular 9 inch Diff Housings features a H/Duty cast alloy center section and fabricated three inch axle tubes.

This new setup offers a number of benefits over the standard-style housings including added webbing built into the center casting to help reduce twisting and warping of the housing as well as increased oil capacity and quicker heat dispersion which is beneficial for extending the life of internal components.



H/Duty thick-walled axle tubes are secured to the center section with six high tensile studs, o-ring sealed to ensure a perfect seal.



As with our other nine inch diff packages, those featuring the new H/Duty Modular 9 inch Diff Housing will be filled with quality components including a Strange S-Case housing, H/Duty gears with your chosen ratio, and your choice of either a spool for the dedicated racer or Detroit True-Track LSD for the street car. 



Finishing the package off is a set of new Mark Williams 31 spline billet axles fitted with H/Duty 5/8 inch wheel studs and an OEM-style rear break setup that features new cross drilled and slotted disc rotors with internal hand brake assembly, reconditioned calipers, new H/Duty brake pads and brake lines.

Or for those who are looking for something a little more serious we also offer a full Wilwood extreme kit featuring larger 11.5 inch rotors, four piston street legal calipers, pads and  lines.



As always all diff conversions come completely assembled in house, ready to bolt in, fill up with oil and drive away, perfect for the DIY guys. We also offer a full installation service carried out by our trained technicians for those who prefer not to get their hands dirty. 



Diff conversions can be built for any model vehicle, some early model Mazda setups able to be built to factory length without the need to have the car in the workshop.
