PAC PERFORMANCE ACT CREW RUN A MUCK AT PERFORMANCE CAR MANIA

The Performance Car Mania event, or simply PCM as it's often called is becoming one of the Souths most anticipated events, giving those who are unable to make the trip north for similar driving events like Powercruise the chance to cut-sik on the track and enjoy their cars in a legal and safe manner.

A few of our Canberra customers got in on the action last weekend and had an absolute ball thrashing their cars around the track...

Anthony Walsh brought out his immaculate RX4 sedan which apart from the wheels and driveline is one of the cleanest, most perfectly restored example we've seen for a while.

The 13BT combo is a load of fun to drive, especially with the MT drag radials, the car squatting hard when the power is fed on...Anthony enjoyed slapping through the gears at the event having recently made the switch back to a manual setup from auto.

This sleek-looking Gen 1 RX7 belongs to Dylan Gebbie and features a stout 13BT/Jatco combo. Previously wearing the plates TYM49S it's a genuine flat 10-second street tyre performer on the strip and a heap of fun to drive.

Dylan gave his rear tyres hell all weekend, top gear power-skidding at every chance he had.

Warwick Hay's RX3 certainly needs no introduction. RUNYAH is well known for its on-track antics...

Making the switch to E85 just a few days before the event and with a fresh tune on board, Warwick put the car through its paces during the events and as usual it lapped up the attention and came back wanting more! Just like a well-built car should do...

All up the guys had an absolute blast at the event and will definitely be back again next year.

Thanks to Fullboost and Downfall Photography for the snaps.
