PAC PERFORMANCE FAN SHROUDS

There is no doubting the fact that a quality cooling system is paramount to keeping your performance car performing as it should, especially in the harsh summers our fine country faces.

For many years now our tried and tested Heavy Duty Alloy Radiators have been doing the job right and doing it well, keeping engines cool without dramas but with cars being pushed harder than ever these days, on the street and on the track and with temperatures getting seemingly hotter each year we've been forced to revise our cooling systems to keep up.

To help overcome issues that may arise and to boost the efficiency of our radiator setups we've gone and designed a custom fan shroud, effectively sealing the area around the thermo fan to ensure air is being pulled through the entire core. 

With one of our recommended 16 inch Ultra H/Duty Slimline Fans bolted up directly to the shroud via the secured nut-serts the fabricated alloy shroud simply bolts onto the front of the radiator via a pair of mounting strips welded to the radiator. The fit is nice and snug, helping to ensure the best flow possible through the core.

This small modification is included in the price of the shroud when a radiator, fan and shroud is purchased as a package. For those of you that have already purchased a radiator, it's as simple as removing the core and bringing/sending it into the shop for us to modify for a fee of $110, plus powder coating if required.

With the fan and shroud combo bolted up to the radiator you can see in this image that the entire core is covered, increasing your radiators cooling efficiency substantially over the common practice of mounting a fan alone to the core. In many instances we've seen a solid 10 to 15 degree temperature difference with the shroud; a god-send when it comes to those long summer cruises and especially thrashing around at events like Powercruise.

The Pac Performance Alloy Fan Shroud is a must for cars fitted with one of our H/Duty 4-Inch Intercoolers due to the slight reduction in available air flow seen with these setups and for pretty much anyone who loves to give their cars a good thrash.

Available RAW, polished or a durable powder coat finish, the Pac Performance Alloy Fan Shroud is priced from $420.75 including installation if purchased at the same time as a radiator combo. As mentioned before, for those that already have one of our radiator fitted to their car, simply remove your setup and send it into us with a few required measurements and we can modify and fit the new shroud up for a $110 fee + powder coating if required.
