SOLID RESULTS FOR THE INGRAM BROTHERS RACING TEAM IN ROUND 2

After kicking off their campaign with a stellar effort in Round 1 of the Precision National Sports Sedan Series, the Ingram brothers have continued to charge forward with an impressive effort at Talem bend for Round 2.

Wet conditions hampered efforts in practice, the boys went out in icy conditions in qualifying with Peter Ingram managing to qualify 3rd in the RX7, while Matt ended the session in P12 with some work to do heading into Race 1.

After an epic battle with Thomas Randall and Geoff Taunton in Race 1, Peter managed to come away with P3 for Race 1, despite some slight contact with Steve Tomasi early on.

Matt put in work, making up plenty of ground in the RX8 and managed to push his way through the tough field to secure 6th position! A solid effort for both drivers heading into the business end of the round.

Peter Ingram continued to battle it out with the front runners in race 2 & 3. After some epic battles, we saw the RX7 fly over the finish line in P2 for both Race 2 & 3, his efforts giving him an overall P2 for the round of the Precision National Sports Sedans Series, coming runner up to V8 Supercar driver Thomas Randle.

Matt finished P8 in Race 2 and came home strong in P6 for the last race. The boys have walked away with some good points for the series this weekend.
