After a somewhat rocky start, Steve Barnett looks to have finally gotten into the grove in his new 3/4 chassis RX3 coupe, putting down a solid first full-track pass at Saturday's Track Championship final.
After making some chassis tweaks early in the day, utilising his first two runs to shake the car down Steve headed out with some new-found confidence and put down an impressive 7.6@177 with the little 13B singing sweetly through the whole pass.
With the team now confident that they're on top of the chassis it's time to focus on dropping those times and joining the other Pac 13Bs in the chase for the countries first 6-second 13B pass. With several big players in the hunt for the coveted prize including fellow Pac team racers Andrew 'The Dentist' Maratos, Elia Hajjar and Mark Brenner it's really anyone's guess who will cross the line first...
