Poor power supply from an undersized alternator can be the cause of many common issues with high-tech performance cars, from little annoyances like dimming or flickering headlights when your fans come on, to more severe issues that effect your fuel pumps and management system that can potentially be fatal for your engine.
This direct bolt-on 120A alternator is the solution for your rotary engine - able to provide a reliable power supply that can cater for high current draw systems. Featuring a standard S4/5 RX7-style plug, it's a plug-n play install if upgrading from a factory FC setup, and for those upgrading from an earlier model alternator setup, our QC Adaptor makes for a simple install as well.
Knowing how the factory finish can be an eye-sore in a nice engine bay, our powdercoated option is a popular upgrade where we have our in-house electrician strip, prep & powdercoat each alternator in your choice of satin or texture black (other colours available via special order) and re-assemble, ready to go.
Supplied standard with a 6-rib pulley, the 17mm shaft is compatible with most popular aftermarket pulley setups, including our popular Multi-Rib pulley kit which is a worthy upgrade!
