Born from years of design & R&D work, the Turblown Engineering V2 EWG FD3S RX7 Single Turbo Manifold is a new and improved offering from their welded V1 manifold in every way, delivering better performance and improved longevity thatnks to the superior cast construction.

Cast from superior 347SS, the Turblow V2 manifold can handle elevated temperatures with ease, as unlike a traditional turbo manifold, there are no welds, so there are no weak points where a typical manifold would fail - on or next to the welds. Being an investment cast, weight is also kept to a minimum, but not at the cost of strength as one might think - retaining less heat than a typics cast iron manifold and weighing less than a welded version!

The tapered ID of the main runners is a feature only able to be produced with a cast design, increases velocity, speeds up the exhaust flow and increases boost response, while the smooth internal transitions eliminate flow disruption for improved and consistent flow.

Waste-Gate Placement and flow are paramount when it comes to manifold design, and Turblown have got it sorted with each runner featuring a short, tear-dropped, direct flow path for exeptional  Boost Control. Designed to be compatible with the popular Turbosmart Comp 40 EWG but will also fit the TiAL MVS 38mm & Garrett 40mm EWG with Turbosmart Inlet Clamps.

Suitable for installation in both LHD, RHD vehicles, utilising the stock lower intake manifold as well as the Turblown LIM and Xcessive LIM, while the air pump, pump bracket, and EGR will require removal as usual with a single turbo conversion. Heater Core Hardline will also require relocation or replacement with flexible line.
